What is Body Toning & Core ?
In our Body Toning & Core class we work on a stronger core. The focus is on the shoulders, back, stomach and buttocks. By strengthening our core, we lower the risk of back complaints and our posture improves.
We make use of our own body weight, but also resistance bands and small weights. For each exercise a lighter alternative is offered to make sure each participant can work at their own level.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
