What is Cardio Box ?
The Cardio Box class is a cardio/dance class that consists of movements (without any contact) from martial arts such as karate, kung-fu, boxing and kickboxing. By participating to this class, you'll quickly notice a significant improvement in your reflexes, flexibility and cardio vascular endurance. You'll also work on your muscles strength. The Cardio Box class is suitable for everyone and does not require any experience in martial arts.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
