What is Fundamentals 3 in 1?
Join our Fundamentals 3-in-1class to learn all the basic movements and exercises, after which you can safely join the regular CrossTraining classes. This balanced out introduction class will teach you all of the necessary techniques and exercises, both weighted and with body weight. You’ll improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, improved reaction time, and speed.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
