What is HIIT?

Let’s work on your heart health! While alternating short periods of intense cardiovascular activity and periods of rest, you’ll be training your endurance to the max. For 30 minutes we’ll complete an effective and efficient workout that will get your heart pumping. After that, we finish off with core exercises and stretching for 15 minutes.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
