Our Kickboxing class is perfect for both beginners and those who want to get ready for a competition: its personalized approach will educate you in all the kickboxing techniques and movements to gain power, strength, flexibility and speed. You’ll also work on your cardiovascular endurance, agility and coordination, so don’t hesitate to join this balanced out Kickbox class!
