What is StepClass?
Step class helps you burn calories and tone your body with only one accessory: the step.
During the class, the muscles of your lower body are particularly solicited, but it is also possible to work on your arms, by synchronizing them with the movements of your legs. The walking movement also allows you to strengthen your abdominal muscles.
At the end of the class, you will have burned up to 800 calories.
After only a few participation to the course, you will see that your endurance and your coordination will have improved significantly. What else do you need to take part in a Step class?
