What is tabata workout?
If you fancy an intense interval training that’ll challenge you to push hard, join our Tabata Workout. Tabata is a form of interval training, which will have you go through exercises at a high intensity with short breaks in between. This means that you’ll not only burn lots of calories, you’ll also significantly improve endurance levels. Research has shown that HIIT is up to 50% more effective in reducing fatty tissue than low-intensity training. To join our Tabata classes, it’s best to have a medium level of fitness, as it requires lots of energy.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
