What is Total body & core?

Train your muscles and body with this new power interval workout! We’ll be exercising all musclegroups, using plates and/or barbells. During this 30min strength workout, you’ll push your limits while working in different intervals. After we’ve exhausted all muscles groups, we’ll finish with 15mins of core & stretching.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
