Vinyasa yoga

What is vinyasa yoga?
Vinyasa Yoga has a few similarities with Hatha Yoga but uses series instead of static positions. This means all positions are performed in sequences without breaks. This makes Vinyasa a dynamic form of yoga set at a decently high pace. Breathing serves as the foundation on which the movements are performed in one fluid motion. During this flow of movements, you’ll work on your strength, flexibility, focus and balance. Vinyasa Yoga is suitable for anyone who can perform these basic positions (asanas). If you don’t have any experience in yoga, you’re welcome to join our Hatha Yoga classes to learn the basics.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
