What is cycling?
Cycling is the perfect class to focus on strength and endurance with intervals of high intensity and recovery with the use of a special stationary bike with an adjustable resistance. Our Cycling instructor will guide you through routines that are designed to simulate changeable terrains and situations similar to the outside, including hill climbs, sprints and interval training. You’ll quickly notice major improvements in your cardiovascular and muscle endurance.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
