What is jumpy?
Jumpy is an intense cardio class that’ll have you burn up to 900 calories, not only by jumping but also through all the different exercises you’ll perform on the trampoline. Our Jumpy class is highly effective, fun and easy on the joints. You’ll work towards a noticeably better physique and greater endurance, more muscle strength, stronger joints and a maximum reduction of body fat due to increased fat burning.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
