Pilates is the perfect class to increase agility and flexibility by building long, leanmuscles. Our Pilates class increases strength and endurance in all major muscle groups, while focusing on correcting the spine-hip posture and learning proper breathing techniques to reduce stress. Pilates' flexibility system ensures that the exercises can be adapted and increased in difficulty. This allows both beginners and experts to join our Pilates class.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
