By using a unique combination of body weight exercises and weights (such as box jump, kettlebell swing, burpees, wallball,…), CrossTraining is the most balanced out class for rapidly improving muscle and cardiovascular endurance, muscle strength, agility, flexibility and balance. Guaranteed to offer you fast results in a safe and balanced manner. If you’re a beginner, please make sure to join our CrossTraining Fundamentals class before enrolling in the regular classes.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
