What is 30' ABS Challenge ?
Our Abs class focus on strengthening the abs. Working out on your core is vital to maintain a full healty body. It helps connecting your upper and lower body so they can work together as a set. Stronger abs tightens the torso muscle, increases flexibility and gives you more muscle definition. This lesson will also helps you working on improving your posture and balance as well as reducing your back pain.
