What is Bodybalance™ Lesmills?
Bodybalance™ by LesMills is a yoga based class that gives your body and mind a boost and is suited for every level. During a BodyBalance class, the instructor will lead you through a series of yoga movements, influenced by Tai Chi and Pilates. Controlled breathing is an important part of all exercises. This class will strengthen your entire body and will have you leave with a sense of relaxation, recharged for the whole week. For everyone who wants to work on their body without skipping the mental part!
