What is Boxing Class?

Join our Boxing Class for the most challenging and diverse cardio training. Thanks to the interval training (high intensity exercises with short breaks in between), you’ll burn lots of calories and work on getting great stamina! Through the boxing moves, you’ll train your coordination, technique, endurance and strength. This Boxing HIIT Workout also highly improves your balance, self-confidence and stress relief.

To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
