What is total body cycling?
Total Body Cycling is the perfect class to work on your whole body in a fun and challenging way. You'll quickly notice major improvements in your strength and endurance thanks to alternating intervals of high intensity and recovery, on a professional spinning bike with adjustable resistance. Our spinning instructor guides you through routes that are specifically designed to simulate terrains and situations that resemble biking outside, including hills, sprints and interval training.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
