What is power yoga?
Power Yoga is an intense form of yoga that is derived from the traditional Ashtanga yoga. This class focuses mainly on the physical aspect of yoga and less on the spiritual. In Power Yoga, the different base exercises are performed together in flowing movements. Through this variety of exercises, your muscles are constantly used in different ways, making them stronger and more flexible. Our Power Yoga class is especially suited for those who already have some yoga experience under their belt.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
