What is Self Defense ?
Step out of your comfort zone and join our new Self Defense classes. You will build stamina, strength and flexibility with easy to learn techniques for maximum effect, while also boosting your confidence.
The defense techniques are based on Oriental martial arts and are taught at all levels. It will change your way of thinking, awareness of your surroundings and attitude towards personal safety.
Anyone can join these classes, since no prior knowledge or experience is necessary.
To achieve the optimal result, we suggest following multiple courses per week in the presence of our experienced instructors.
